The first and most obvious answer to that question is when things are working between and among family members and the business is thriving. A second answer is when the business is not doing well, but it has nothing to do with family dynamics and everything to do with business–the marketplace, changing economic times, competition, consolidation and a myriad of other business issues. Although business stress can affect family dynamics, in those cases, concentrating on the business issues can provide relief for the family.
