What is a Key Ingredient for Success?

Someone else’s faith in you:

All successful people will tell you that at some point in time somebody believed in them. Faith in another, when it is genuine, does not come through words. It comes from the heart. It can be felt. It cannot be faked. And it can make a huge impact on someone’s success.

If you have individuals in your life, especially in a family business setting, who need support, give it to them. It is your responsibility/gift to give. If you cannot give it/you or they should not be there.

First, however, you must believe in yourself—not always easy. Everyone is full of self-doubt. It can be an uphill battle to pass on that critical message of belief that is so essential for the success of others.

So start by trusting in yourself, and then communicate to others that you believe in them.
